(N.1) No pets: While we absolutely adore pets, we regret to inform you that we have a strict no pets policy in place. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

(N.2) No smoking: As much as we value your comfort, we have a firm no-smoking policy in our establishment. But there is a balcony that you can smoke! We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

(N.3) Quiet time: To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we kindly request everyone to observe our designated quiet time policy. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a tranquil atmosphere.

TV: There is a 50′ inches TV with Netflix ! Press the Netflix button and select Cento34 profile to enjoy a movie… 

AC/Heat: There is an air-condition that you can use ! You can find the remote control on the table!

Appliances: You can find Nespresso machine, coffee maker, boiler, toaster, fridge, electric stove, hairdryer and maybe more ..

Kitchen: You can hopefully find all the necessary for cooking your meals!

Laundry: At the moment we write this booklet there is no laundry available but soon we will have !

Just close the balcony door, take the keys with the card and leave them in the key lock at the entrance of the building.
