Had an amazing stay. The location is super central, the bed is amazing and the decorations are beautiful. Kitchen has everything to make yourself feel at home. I would advise to bring earplugs because there seems to be no soundproofing and there is a very loud and reactive dog living next door. Plus the night life can get loud. The locations is great for exploring Patras, though!
